Since our first summer league in 2018 Marc has served as summer league commissioner.
AndreW Brilliant
Creative Director
Andrew has worked for Capitol Hoops since 2018. He now serves as the creative director for Capitol Hoops and the Capitol Hoops Summer League.
Andrew also coaches the varsity baseball team at Bethesda-Chevy Chase HS.
Justin Cameron
Assistant Director
Justin got his start with Capitol Hoops interning in the summer of 2024. He also serves as a manager for the Towson men’s basketball program.
Justis Mitchell
Assistant Director
Justis got his start with Capitol Hoops interning in the summer of 2022. He has served as our social media coordinator since then. Justis graduated from Indiana University.
