Blake Fitzgerald (Flint Hill) 4G, 25.5 PPG, 10.8 RPG, 59% FG
Blake Fitzgerald is an absolute force. At 6’6, he has an insanely long wingspan that allows him to get plenty of shots up. Being Flint Hill’s center, he moves like a guard. He has great movement and is as fast as anybody on the court which allows him to get open and cut to the rim. There is no defense for him in the paint, but he isn’t scared to take a jumper either. He has undoubtedly been one of the most valuable players in this league.
Will Braun-Duin (John Handley) – 2G, 25.5 PPG, 7 RPG, 2.5 APG
Making the Team of the Week for the second week in a row, Will Braun-Duin didn’t slow down after his huge week last week. He really is the glue that holds John Handley together, and you can tell how much trust they have in him. He took 23 and 11 shots in his games this week, hit 50% of his shots, and led John Handley to a 2-0 record in Week 3.
Nate McComb (Lake Braddock) – 3G, 22 PPG, 13.3 RPG, 4.3 BPG
Nate McComb was just unstoppable this week. The most impressive part, not just the stats, is who these performances were against. He does what he has to do against worse competition, rarely having a down game, and showing out when playing some stars. McComb and Lake Braddock played Andrew Maria and Bethel Academy, where McComb had 16 points and 11 rebounds, a stat line proven difficult when playing a team like Bethel.
Xavier Skipworth (Bullis) – 2G, 22 PPG, 5.5 RPG, 80% FG
The Bullis duo of Xavier Skipworth and Finley Billy have been absolutely dynamic this summer. Skipworth really grew into his own this week. The 22 points per game he scored are terrific, but what stands out is his shooting splits. At 80/33/100, he is shooting unicorn numbers. Being consistent is one of the most underappreciated traits in basketball these days, and he shows how important it is. It’s not like he isn’t taking shots either. He took 14 and 11 shots in his two games this week, converted 80% of them, and led Bullis to two absolutely dominant wins.
Miles Denton (Crofton) – 2G, 21 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 3.5 APG
There aren’t many complete players in the summer league like Miles Denton is. He is an all-around guy, showing it this week with his ability to score, rebound, and assist; a lost art. While he had none in Crofton’s game against Springbrook, he had three blocks and three
assists against St. John’s Catholic Prep. At only 5’10, these numbers are just unreal, and Crofton got two big wins thanks to his big week.

Sean Harvey (Severn) – 3G, 19.3 PPG, 7.3 RPG, 1.3 SPG
Tavares Vaughn Cooper (RM) – 3G, 19.3 PPG, 3 APG, 2 SPG
Chase Mitchell (Patriots (Wooton)) – 2G, 19 PPG, 4.5 APG, 53.5% FG
Andrew Maria (Bethel Academy) – 1G, 31/14/5 STL
